1989 - 2000

1989 - Grupo de Integración Digital SA de CV (GRUPO) was founded in México City as a Quick Print Production Center. We started servicing the financial and corporate markets in the Metropolitan area. All our efforts were driven to provide a high quality service and to allow our Customers to dedicate their main efforts towards achieving their specific goals.

1993 - We decided to provide a complete Outsourcing service for our Customers´ covering all their requirements such as: Copying (copiers) Printing (offset press) Publishing/printing (books) Electronic duplicating (duplicators) Finishing area (perfect bound, spiral coil, stapling) Shipping and handling (express international couriers).

Outsourcing started in order to provide qualified HR to our Customers

1995 - First private printing company in Mexico to install high-resolution printers with digital technology. We switched fromHigh speed copiers, duplicators and offset press to electronic digital printing process. We also introduced the concept of POD, databases, electronic repositories and electronic publishing to our customers. Our total installed capacity grew to 12 million B/W impressions per month.

Print on demand was the best cure against printing waste and obsolescence.

1998 - Grupo installed the new IBM Infoprint 4000 IR1 and IR2 equipped with Roll Systems Book Master, two RS/6000 servers powered with AIX. Ourtotal installed capacity was 19 million B/W impressions per month. Our System Division was created from where we started developing ongoingreliable applications for: Technical document management (IM), Data base setup and electronic repositories, Scanning.

New Quality programs gave us the ability to share with our Customers the benefits of Global Markets. Since then, High Quality Products and Services had been our ongoing philosophy. We moved from local sales to international markets with an aggressive plan to export morethan 90% of our production in the following two years.

2001 - 2010

2001 - Grupo launched into production new Digital applications: CD ROM with a PDF application, Software development, On-line Book, web-based publishing tool, E1 lines for VPN connections and web hosted applications. As a result of our on-line applications, we setup a server farm where all our electronic repositories and databases werel kept. Document management systems, electronic repositories, fulfillment services and electronic file transmissions provided high efficiency.

2004 - Our Printing Division equipment was upgraded to have state-of-the-art equipment. We developed new digitization projects from simpledocument scanning up to complex data bases. Our systems´ team developed the applications under the concept of .NET and launched a production e-tool where all our production facility could be monitored remotely.

2008 - We started developing mobile applications to reduce redundant operations. Our customers were able to handle information on real time, so the bestdecisions could be made. In this same direction, we believed that electronic document handling, new communication technology and more efficientand tailored made applications for our customers would give us the sole opportunity to have better and high-end business with a real win/winphilosophy for that time. Grupo was steadily increasing its customers and global sales. We were able to have 92% of ourproduction exported to US, Canada, France, Spain, Italy, Latin America, Middle and Far East.

It is a tablet OS (operation system) application to host a compilation of apps. The Dashboard enhances the user experience while navigating with Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) based applications. The Dashboard is connected to a cloud based server for real time data compilation and share.

• Application used to collect, maintain and access multimedia files through the dashboard OS.

• Application used to publish technical manuals through the Dashboard OS. It counts with and auto update engine for real time data transfer. This application is also equipped with a multiple navigation options to enhance the user experience, and facilitate the flow of information.

• Quick Reference Datasheet or QRD application is an app that encodes technical information inside a QR code. The application uses a secure method so it can only be accessed with certified QR readers. It also uses a coding engine to maximize the amount of information placed inside a QR code. QR codes can be dynamic or static and can contain features such as: technical information, documents and multimedia videos.

• Augmented Reality or AR application is an app that integrates digital information with the users´ environment in real time. It uses existing environment and overlays new information such and videos or models on top of it.

Smart Tagging Application

Smart Tagging is a second-generation application that combines the functionality of the QRD and AR applications. This second generation app runs under the Dashboard OS and increases significantly the storage capabilities within the codes.

• Smart Files/Procedures is an application that allows the user to create smart files. These files are fully programmable to capture different procedures or operation activities. The user can access the procedure and use it to capture information in real time. With several verification steps that include: signatures, scanning codes or taking a photograph of the procedure; the file can then be saved and uploaded to the cloud for future use. The application constantly connects with the server to make all procedures available for internal and external users in real time.

• GEO Smart Plant is an application that uses the signal emitted from a beacon hardware device and connects the IP with the database to display information. By using a proximity locator signal receptor, the Dashboard displays the current location in a map and gives the user access to the information related with the hardware position. From this application, the user can access technical information, documentation, procedure sheets, datasheets and 3D models within others to perform an activity.

• Smart Drawings Application. SVG drawings is an application that allows the user to access the information throughout technical drawings and models. The application creates hot spots that are linked to a back-end database. When using this feature, the user can decode the data and display key information related to the code encrypted in the hot spot. With this application, the user can connect drawings, documentation, procedures and more within his manual.

• IP Files. IP Files is an application created to protect high-level intellectual property. A given user can request information by establishing a connection through a secure server. The server uses a profiling technique to check the access level and provide the information. If the user has the right access level, then the information is decoded and downloaded to the application. In order to access the application, the user needs to create a password. This application encrypts the information in the device so it cannot be saved or extracted from it.

• NUC Network Application. Micro server application used to create a secure local network to access cloud stored information in real time. Creates a business profile web base application that can be securely access by mobile, tablet and computers. Facilitates the flow and exchange of data within users.

• Cross Reference Application. Index engine to run technical documents and connect similar topics within documents. Creates indexes that can be used as database files for an easier navigation of information.
